This is an exciting opportunity to lead Outlook’s Disability Services and enhance Outlook’s capacity to provide services and support to our clients.


The General Manager Disability Services has overall responsibility for the performance of our Disability Services (comprising of services such as recreation and leisure programs, in home care and School Leaver Employment Service) and delivery of the strategic plan. There is opportunity to build and grow a team around you, that will support success in delivering on all key operating activities.


Reporting to the Deputy CEO/COO, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team and will partner closely with key stakeholders to identify, pursue, and operationalise new business opportunities in accordance with Outlook’s strategic plan.


About you

You are a leader who embraces the values and purpose of Outlook. You bring to the role your significant understanding and experience at both operational and managerial levels in the Disability Services industry.


Your experience will include delivering a broad range of person entered services and knowledge and understanding of all aspects of provision of disability services in line with the NDIS framework.


You will be capable to guide change, integration, and transformation activities and contribute and build on our culture. Your pro-active management style will provide leadership and expertise to deliver growth in a complex, fast paced environment.


Your experience in managing and delivering organisational budgets and ability to deliver on Outlook’s strategic plan will be critical to success in the role.
