Finance Analyst

  • Salary range $100,000 to $120,000 + Superannuation + Not-for-Profit salary packaging options – use some of your salary for everyday expenses before income tax; meaning you can increase your take-home pay!

  • Full-time, permanent position

Why this role?

This newly created role provides exciting opportunity to be part of our Strategy and Finance team, to contribute to the future growth of the Outlook by recommending process and service delivery improvements and provide business partnering support with analytics, financial modelling, and commercial insights.

 

In this role you can expect to be involved in assignments ranging from P&L analysis, M&A transactions, annual budgets, business case development, new business financial models, BI and dashboards management, systems integrations, tenders and strategic planning.

 

You will report to the Executive General Manager Strategy and Finance and work closely with the Executive and broader Leadership Team.

 

What you will bring to the role:

Your CA/CPA qualification or equivalent, with experience in a financial accounting role in a complex organisation, along with:

  • Collaborative and coaching style of work mode

  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen

  • Passion and enthusiasm for analysing numbers, uncovering insights, informing decision making and working across a broad range of business areas to add value and genuinely contribute to Outlook’s success

  • Providing business partnering support with analytics, financial modelling, and commercial insights.
