As a Post Placement Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the provision of specialised individual support and intervention to clients who have already gained employment, you will be required to work with both the client and the employer to obtain compliant documentation for claiming purposes.


Outlook delivers Employment Services Programs from 3 sites based within the Monash Employment Services Area. We assist people with disabilities and people experiencing barriers to employment to secure meaningful, long-term employment, through Commonwealth funded programs, Victorian State Government programs and NDIS funded programs. Together we create and facilitate sustainable opportunities for people with a disability to live, work and play within our community.

Am I suited to being a Post Placement Support Consultant with Outlook?

We find people with experience in delivering great customer service such as retail, call centre operators, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration are well suited to this role. Essential to success in this role will be highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.


Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to problem solve, think outside the box and act as a trusted advisor to our clients and employers. We provide training and support to ensure you turn your existing skills into a new career in Employment Services.


What you will be doing...

  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers and other stakeholders

  • Building rapport with participants to identify, assess and address individual needs

  • Ensuring participants remain in employment that will lead to sustainable employment outcomes

  • Administration and compliance such as documenting outcomes and managing collection of supporting documents

  • Source employment opportunities through your employer relationships

  • Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers


To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • A current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle

  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check

  • Able to pass a NDIS Workers screening check

  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check

  • Willing to complete a Pre-employment Medical Check
