About You and the Role

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to join our Strategy & Finance team and contribute to the future growth of the Organisation. We’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering projects and working across a broad range of business areas to add value and genuinely contribute to Organisational improvement and outcomes.

In this role you can expect to be involved in projects ranging from Merger and Acquisition transactions, systems integrations, new service / business start-ups, tenders and Expression of Interest submissions, new site establishments, business improvement projects and various growth initiatives…and become part of a team of skilled and passionate people all working to achieve the Organisations current strategic plan.

We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, can work at high level and ‘in the detail’ and enjoys working in a busy and challenging environment. You’re a great communicator and negotiator by nature, passionate about how you contribute to an organisations goal and most importantly you act with integrity and transparency in the work that you do.

You will have experience in an integrations or project management role or similar and be suitably qualified. You’ll also need the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be naturally inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative, and can think holistically as you help us to deliver key projects and achieve our strategic goals.

You’ll report directly to the Executive General Manager Strategy and Finance and work closely with the Executive Team as well as the broader Management team across the Organisation.
