We are thrilled to announce Travis Van Den Berg has been appointed Executive General Manager of Community Services.
In his national role, Travis will be overseeing our Homecare, Disability, and Employment Services divisions as well as our amazing Community Centre.
Travis has extensive experience, particularly in the disability sector. He's been all about positive change, quality, and great outcomes throughout his career. He's had key roles at Noweyung, including stints as both the CEO and COO, focusing on NDIS capacity-building programs and plan management. He also had a significant role at Interchange Inner East, where he was interim CEO and spent over seven years in Operations and General Management. His leadership has been crucial in growing these organisations and maintaining high service quality.
Travis has an MBA from Victoria University. On top of that, he's been heavily involved in the sector, serving on several boards and committees, including one with National Disability Practitioners.
