Since joining Outlook in 2017, Ellie’s life has transformed. Initially struggling with confidence, daily living skills and personal hygiene, she now takes pride in her appearance and eagerly looks forward to getting her haircut.
In 2024, with growing confidence, Ellie embarked on work experience at Harris Scarfe. With personalised training and support from Outlook staff, we ensured that she was fully prepared to undertake this role. Ellie now feels a strong sense of belonging, excelling in her tasks and contributing meaningfully to her new work experience role.
