Our Board

Fran Boyd
Chair
People & Governance
Fran Boyd is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing the human resources function in a range of public, not for profit and private sector organisations.
Fran has a depth of knowledge of contemporary HR and organisational culture strategies and issues. She has a keen interest in leadership and organisational culture with a passion for creating workplaces where people thrive. Fran has a strong values base and authentic leadership style.
Fran was appointed President of the Outlook Board of Directors in 2019.

Greg Cuthbert
Deputy Chair
Strategic Planning
Greg Cuthbert has detailed experience in large scale program management, capital planning and project delivery in the banking, consulting, logistics and finance corporate environments and is currently working for Australia Post.
Bringing a commercial mindset, Greg has worked with a number of charities and social enterprises, including participation at board level and employs a strategic and consultative approach.
Greg has a Masters in Business Management from Swinburne University, a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and several project management qualifications.
Greg is planning to continue furthering the Outlook ethos for our diverse base of stakeholders.

Grant Hehir
Treasurer
Finance, Audit & Risk Management
Grant has a distinguished background in senior government roles, specialising in finance and auditing, including an extended tenure as Auditor General for Australia.
With over 20 years of experience serving on various boards and committees across multiple sectors, Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Outlook Australia Board of Directors.

Graeme Stewart
Secretary
People & Governance
Graeme Stewart is a civil engineer with over 40 years of experience working in conjunction with councils across Victoria.
He has held the senior management roles of Executive Officer of the Eastern Regional Waste Management Group (ERWMG), Manager of Municipal Programs at Metropolitan Waste Management Group (MWMG) and Director Corporate Services at Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group (MWRRG).
After more than 25 years in regional waste management, preceded by 17 years in sanitary engineering, waste management and engineering advice roles in the Victorian Public Service. Graeme retired from the MWRRG and now works as a waste management consultant.
He is also currently President of the Waste Management Association of Australia, Victorian Branch.

Lisa O'Sullivan
Director
Finance, Audit & Risk Management
Lisa is Member Firm Principal and Certified Financial Planner™ at Casey Wealth Advisers in Berwick. She has been in the banking and financial services industry for over 30 years and has been providing financial advice to clients since 1996.
Lisa worked for Westpac Banking Corporation for 17 years in branch management and, later financial planning and advice, prior to starting the Casey Wealth Advisers Berwick business in 2001.
Lisa is an active member of the local community and grew up in Pakenham and Nar Nar Goon.

Jenny McNaughton
Director
People & Governance
As a senior executive with years of experience in the community and human services sectors, Jenny has led a range of diverse programs and services that support vulnerable children, adults, and families.
She is currently the Deputy CEO and Executive Director of Services at Berry Street, one of Australia’s largest and most complex independent community service organisations.
Jenny’s core leadership competencies include strategy, staff development, person-centered practice, organisational development, and analytical problem-solving.
She is passionate about working closely with Aboriginal families and communities and actively addressing the drivers of disadvantage. Her mission is to create a more just, compassionate, and inclusive society for all.

Dr Chelsea Tobin
Director
Strategic Planning
Having excelled in senior executive roles across both the profit and not for profit sector, Chelsea has a wealth of experience leading and empowering teams to deliver large scale socially and commercially impactful projects.
Drawing from her lifelong commitment to social justice, award-winning PhD and proven ability to grow and turnaround businesses, Chelsea is also continuing to reach across sectors, forging partnerships, exerting influence and leading sustainable, profitable and socially impactful change.

Andrew Cameron
Director
Strategic Planning
Andrew brings broad multi-sector knowledge and extensive leadership experience to his governance and executive roles in the not-for-profit sector. Much of Andrew’s career has been focussed on the leadership of impactful human services organisations, with a primary focus on enabling young people to successfully engage in education and make positive transitions from school to sustained and meaningful work.
Andrew’s most recent positions have been CEO of the peak industry body Early Learning Association Australia and CEO of the social enterprise Youth Enterprises Australia. He has held a broad range of governance roles from non-executive director and committee chair to association vice president and secretary, in addition to memberships of numerous sector reform and reference groups.
Andrew has previously held a range of CEO, general manager and director roles across Commonwealth Government agencies, a representative organisation associated with the University of Melbourne and a youth development and outdoor recreation service provider.

Daniel Findley
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel is an excellent leader, with a focus on driving strategies that take corporations to the next level.
Daniel has an impressive history of successfully leading non-profit organisations towards growth and success including demanding CEO roles where he has demonstrated his capacity to lead complex organisations with empathy and focus.
Outlook’s commitment to purpose-driven growth, a vision for an inclusive society, and strong support for staff development are elements that resonate seamlessly with his leadership philosophy, which is focused on driving performance, engaging stakeholders and nurturing team talent.

Adam Jaworski
Chief Corporate & Strategy Officer
Adam has nearly 20 years’ experience across financial management, operations management, business and strategic planning in both commercial and NFP environments.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with a commercial focus aimed at looking beyond the numbers to gain deeper Organisational understanding that identifies and connects opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Outlook, Adam worked in the commercial sector across various disciplines including manufacturing, wholesale trade, supply chain management, after market servicing, information technology and project management.
As a passionate collaborator he has been involved in the delivery of numerous projects and has worked for or collaborated with various organisations and stakeholders both local and internationally.

Nicole Hee
Executive of People & Culture
Nicole joined Outlook in May 2021. She has a depth of experience working in senior corporate, and people and culture roles across the not-for-profit health and human services sector.
Nicole holds a Diploma in Human Resources and Graduate Certificate in Leadership.
She has a passion in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and inspired to make a positive impact together, with a true focus on realising human potential.

Callum Ross
Executive of Social Enterprise
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Callum has a proven track record in enhancing team performance and developing staff across various operational leadership roles.
His leadership style focuses on empowering teams, fostering professional growth, and significantly improving the customer experiences.
Callum holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and is currently pursuing an MBA, further solidifying his capabilities in leading our strategic initiatives.

Travis Van Den Berg
Executive of Community & Quality
In his national role, Travis oversees our homecare, disability and employment services divisions as well as our amazing community centre.
Travis has been all about positive change, quality, and great outcomes throughout his career. He’s had key roles at Noweyung, including stints as both the CEO and COO, focusing on NDIS capacity-building programs and plan management.
He also had a significant role at Interchange Inner East, where he was interim CEO and spent over seven years in operations and general management.
His leadership has been crucial in growing these organisations and maintaining high service quality.
Travis has an MBA from Victoria University. On top of that, he’s been heavily involved in the sector, serving on several boards and committees, including one with National Disability Practitioners.

Claire Tamplin
Executive Assistant and Board Secretariat
Claire is an experienced executive assistant with nearly 20 years’ expertise supporting C-suite executives across various industries, particularly in not-for-profit organisations.
Claire also has extensive experience providing board level support, including her role as board secretariat at Outlook Australia.
Her proficiency in being highly organised, detail oriented and being able to build strong stakeholder relationships demonstrates her commitment to providing top-level executive support, especially in the not-for-profit space where she is able to support organisations that make a meaningful impact on the community.
