Fran Boyd
Chair

Fran Boyd is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing the human resources function in a range of public, not for profit and private sector organisations.
Fran has a depth of Knowledge of contemporary HR and organisational culture strategies and issues, she has a
keen interest in leadership and organisational culture with a passion for creating workplaces where people thrive. Fran has a strong values base and authentic leadership style.
Fran was appointed President of the Board in 2019.

Greg Cuthbert
Deputy Chair
Strategic Planning Committee
Greg Cuthbert has detailed experience in large scale program management, capital planning and project delivery in the Banking, Consulting, Logistics and Finance corporate environments and is currently working for Australia Post.
Bringing a commercial mindset, Greg has worked with a number of charities and social enterprises, including participation at Board level and employs a strategic and consultative approach.
Greg has a Masters in Business Management from Swinburne University, a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and several project management qualifications.
Greg is planning to continue furthering the Outlook ethos for our diverse base of stakeholders.

Derek Madden
Treasurer

Derek has over 15 years’ experience in local government at Senior management level. He has held his current role of General Manager of Corporate Services at Cardinia Shire Council for 8 years. Prior to Cardinia Shire Council he was employed with Moreland City Council and Melbourne City Council. His is a qualified accountant and also holds qualifications in Organisational
Dynamics (MSC) and Business Administration (MBA). As Senior Manager within Government sector Derek is focussed on managing organisational resources to deliver systems and services that support the organisation as it strives to best meet the needs of our community.

Graeme Stewart

Graeme Stewart is a civil engineer with over 40 years of experience working in conjunction with Councils across Victoria.
He has held the senior management roles of Executive Officer of the Eastern Regional Waste Management Group (ERWMG), Manager of Municipal Programs at Metropolitan Waste Management Group (MWMG) and Director Corporate Services at Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group (MWRRG).
After more than 25 years in regional waste management, preceded by 17 years in sanitary engineering, waste management and engineering advice roles in the Victorian Public Service Graeme retired from the MWRRG and now works as a waste management consultant. He is also currently President of the Waste Management Association of Australia, Victorian Branch.

Lisa O'Sullivan

Lisa is Member Firm Principal and Certified Financial Planner™ at Casey Wealth Advisers in Berwick. She has been in the banking and financial services industry for over 30 years and has been providing financial advice to clients since 1996. Lisa worked for Westpac Banking Corporation for 17 years in branch management and, later financial planning and advice, prior to
starting the Casey Wealth Advisers Berwick business in 2001. Lisa is an active member of the local community and grew up in Pakenham and Nar Nar Goon.

Edwin Hume
Director
Strategic Planning Committee
Edwin is a partner in the solicitor firm of Duffy & Simon. He is significantly involved in the local community, formerly the first mayor of the Shire of Cardinia and is committed to the philosophy and direction of Outlook.
Edwin joined the Committee of Management in 1998, was Vice president from 1999 and President from 2009 to 2019.

Chris Buckingham

Chris has extensive experience working in senior leadership roles across business, community and government.
He is recognized for his capacity to provide positive leadership, inspire change and get people working together for the greater good.
Chris is a Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors; was a Finalist in the 2012 Melbourne Awards for Individual Contribution to Melbourne's profile; and has served in a voluntary capacity as Adjunct Professor, College of Business, Victoria University.
He is President of Public Libraries Victoria, a member of the Australian Library and Information Association and a committed Parkrunner. He lives on 40 acres in Ellinbank with his partner Mikaela and two teenagers Thomas and Mietta.

Sally Curtain

Sally Curtain is an accomplished public sector senior executive with significant experience in leading transformational change across state and local government. Sally successfully led organisational and operational changes within diverse and complex public sector agencies. This included restructuring the former Department of Justice to better meet the needs of regional communities, creating new agencies such as the Independent.
Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC), scaling up services to a burgeoning population in City of Casey, and operating as a regulator to modernise registration and licensing at Victoria’s largest service provider, VicRoads. Sally is currently also on the Board of NORTHLink and was previously on the Board at Casey Cardinia Library Corporation from 2013-2018.

Dr Sarah Gray

Sarah is a senior executive with demonstrated experience leading high performing teams in both the public and private sectors. A forensic psychologist with over 20 years' experience working in the criminal justice system, Sarah is passionate about social justice.
In addition to developing services from the ground up, Sarah has designed numerous programs that aim to improve rehabilitation outcomes for justice-involved people.
A values-driven leader, Sarah is committed to evidence-based practices and continual innovation of services to ensure quality outcomes for service users.

Dr Chelsea Tobin
Director

Having excelled in senior executive roles across both the profit and not for profit sector, Chelsea has a wealth of experience leading and empowering teams to deliver large scale socially and commercially impactful projects.
Drawing from her lifelong commitment to social justice, award-winning PhD and proven ability to grow and turnaround businesses, Chelsea is also continuing to reach across sectors, forging partnerships, exerting influence and leading sustainable, profitable and socially impactful change.

Sam Sondhi
Chief Executive Officer
Sam Sondhi has been the CEO of Outlook (Aust.) Limited since 2016. Sam has ten years’ experience in Investment Banking working as a Vice President in the M&A and Capital Markets groups for Credit Suisse and Citigroup primarily based in Sydney. Sam has extensive experience in domestic and international capital markets and has advised some of Australia’s largest corporations on a range of acquisitions, divestments and capital raising initiatives. In addition, Sam spent over five years establishing and running his own investment company focussed on the Australian retail and wholesale sectors, which he has now divested.
More recently, Sam served as Chief Operating Officer of international development NGO, Business for Development, based in Melbourne and as the Director of Strategy & Growth for Lentara UnitingCare.
Sam currently serves on a number of external Boards and Advisory Committees, including:

Sam holds a First-Class Honours degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

Anne McCormick
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Anne has worked in the Human Services, not for profit sector for over the past 35 years. She holds qualifications in Welfare work, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Governance and Workplace Assessment & Training.
As Deputy CEO and Chief Operations Manager at Outlook (Vic) Inc. she is responsible for management of a range of services including State & Federally funded Disability Services, Community Centre as well as Plant Nursery, Recycling and Waste Management businesses.
Anne is committed to the principles of social justice, human rights, professional leadership and rights related to access and inclusion for all members of the community.
She is an inaugural Board member of Disability Professionals Australia and was inducted in to the Victorian Disability Awards Lifetime Achievement Honour Roll in 2016.

Adam Jaworski
Executive General Manager – Strategy & Finance
Adam has nearly 20 years experience across financial management, operations management, business and strategic planning in both Commercial and NFP environments. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a commercial focus aimed at looking beyond the numbers to gain deeper Organisational understanding that identifies and connects opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Outlook Adam worked in the commercial sector across various disciplines including manufacturing, wholesale trade, supply chain management, after market servicing, information technology and project management. As a passionate collaborator he has been involved in the delivery of numerous projects and has worked for or collaborated with various Organisations and Stakeholders both local and internationally.

Matthew Whelan
Executive General Manager - Commercial Services
Matthew brings a wealth of experience in the waste and resource recovery sectors having held senior executive roles with Citywide, OneSteel, Cleanaway and Alex Fraser and more recently with Hobsons Bay City Council and Wyndham City Council. Matthew has also worked closely with Outlook in recent years to plan and deliver new growth opportunities for the organisation that are aligned to our purpose and mission.
Matthew will lead Outlook’s large portfolio of social enterprises, including waste transport, transfer stations and retail businesses located across Victoria and Queensland.

Debbie Barnard
General Manager, Corporate Operations
Debbie has been with Outlook since 2014, coming from a corporate background in, administration, learning & development, consulting , project and programme management. She has worked in public and private companies including, a large multinational corporation working across a number of industry sectors.
Debbie holds qualifications in Business, Adult Education and HR and is responsible for provision of strategic direction, leadership, management and delivery of Outlooks corporate services across the organisation, including; Quality and IT systems, Learning and Development, HR, Workforce Management , OHS, IT, RTW, Volunteering and Marketing.

Haley Robinson
General Manager, Employment Services
Haley has 15 years of Employment Services Experience.
Has worked for both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations coaching and mentoring teams to drive performance resulting in sustainable outcomes.
Passionate about building our service areas whilst creating and facilitating sustainable employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Haley is leading Outlook's Employment Division which is made up of, Disability Employment Services (DES), Jobs Victoria, Supported Employment, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and Labour Hire.
