Learn the Yang Style 10 (standardised)
This gentle, low impact, slow-motion form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body and gives a sense of wellbeing through slow gentle movements.
Wednesdays commencing 28 January for 10 sessions
10.30am – 11.30am
Cost $120 or Casual:
$15 per session
