Accessible Spaces - Community Connection

Pakenham Learning Hub

24 Toomuc Valley Rd, Pakenham VICĀ

With passionate and experienced staff and engaging spaces, Outlook Community Centre serves as a base for our disability support programs in Cardinia.

The centre is equipped with accessible facilities including a bathroom with hoist and changing facilities, wide halls and doorways, automatic doors and a variety of support spaces, allowing our team to effectively support individuals with high medical, physical and behavioural needs. Our groups benefit from easy access to public transport, local business, community facilities, open spaces and services.

Outlook Community Centre provides opportunities for people in the community to develop lifelong learning, self-development, health and wellbeing, recreation, special interest groups and professional training. This includes several opportunities for NDIS participants to take part in inclusive community initiatives such as literacy and numeracy for life programs, All Together Choir and cooking & kitchen programs.

Outlook Australia is a non-profit organisation, social enterprise and registered NDIS provider, providing disability support services in the community for over 50 years.
