Discover the Flavours of South Indian Street Food
Join us for a hands-on cooking class and learn to create some of South India’s most beloved food favourites.
In this class, you’ll make:
Dosa – A crispy, golden savoury rice and lentil pancake, served with aromatic Sambar (a flavourful lentil and vegetable curry) and fresh chutneys.
Idli – Soft, fluffy steamed rice cakes, traditionally enjoyed with Sambar and coconut chutney.
Vada – Crispy savoury lentil doughnuts with a deliciously crunchy exterior, served alongside Sambar and coconut chutney.
Whether you’re new to Indian cooking or looking to expand your culinary skills, this class offers an authentic taste of South Indian cuisine in a fun and welcoming environment.
