This is the standard first aid certificate required by most Australian workplaces. Acquire the knowledge and practical skills to step up, take control, and save a life when an injury or illness occurs.
Key Skills You Will Gain
• Full CPR & AED Training: Includes complete training to perform CPR and use a defibrillator (HLTAID009).
• Trauma & Injury Care: Learn to treat fractures, sprains, burns, bites, stings, and severe bleeding.
• Medical Emergency Response: Spot the signs of and manage asthma attacks, anaphylaxis, choking, and strokes.
• Scene Management: Master the DRSABCD plan to keep yourself safe while managing a crisis.
