This program is specifically designed for people with an intellectual disability to learn practical life skills while developing confidence and social skills in a supportive group.

Improve your social skills and health/wellbeing. Activities will also focus on building literacy and numeracy skills for everyday life.

Wednesdays commencing 7 October for 11 sessions
