Outlook Australia is a registered NDIS provider delivering individual and group-based programs with a focus on supporting participants to build independence, social confidence and practical everyday skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Located close to community spaces and public transport, participants are supported to engage in both centre-based learning and real-world community experiences. Our Narre Warren Learning Hub supports participants living in Casey and surrounds, such as Narre Warren, Berwick, Hampton Park, Endeavour Hills, Hallam, Clyde North, Cranbourne, etc.

Participants attending our Narre Warren programs may:

  • Build friendships and social confidence
  • Practice public transport and travel training
  • Develop literacy, numeracy and money-handling skills
  • Participate in cooking and practical life skill activities
  • Explore the community through supported outings improve communication and independence
  • Build confidence in group and community settings

Programs are designed to support participants at their own pace while encouraging growth, confidence and community participation.

This location may suit participants who:

  • Enjoy structured programs and social environments
  • Want to improve communication and confidence
  • Are learning travel and community access skills
  • Are interested in future employment pathways

A typical day may include:

  • Morning group activities and social connection
  • Classroom-based learning and practical activities
  • Community outings and skill-building experiences
  • Cooking or life skills sessions
  • Supported travel training
  • Social and recreational activities with peers

Activities vary depending on participant goals and program schedules.

Day program information:
  • All day programs run from 9am to 3pm. Days include the programs listed in the schedule above, as well as community engagement, transport time, meals and breaks, quiet time, etc.
  • Groups start/finish the day at Outlook Pakenham, Narre Warren or Clayton. However, travel as a group is required for some programs. See day program schedules above.
  • Participants should bring a healthy lunch, snacks, water, myki, sunscreen and hat whenever they attend Outlook programs, unless stated.
  • Groups travel by public transport to/from programs unless stated. Travel training and transport support is also available, please enquire.
