Outlook Australia is a registered NDIS provider delivering NDIS disability support in Pakenham for adults and school leavers who want to build independence, confidence, friendships and everyday life skills. Supporting participants across Cardinia Shire and surrounding suburbs including Pakenham, Cardinia, Officer, Beaconsfield, Berwick, Clyde, Nar Nar Goon, Kooweerup, Garfield, Bunyip, etc.

Day Program Information:
- All day programs run from 9am to 3pm. Days include the programs listed in the schedule above, as well as community engagement, transport time, meals and breaks, quiet time, etc.
- Groups start/finish the day at Outlook Pakenham, Narre Warren or Clayton. However, travel as a group is required for some programs. See day program schedules above.
- Participants should bring a healthy lunch, snacks, water, myki, sunscreen and hat whenever they attend Outlook programs, unless stated.
- Groups travel by public transport to/from programs unless stated. Travel training and transport support is also available, please enquire.

Yes. Outlook’s NDIS programs in Pakenham are based at Outlook Community Centre – a venue built with accessibility in mind. It includes two fully accessible bathrooms with hoists and height adjustable beds, automatic doors, wide hallways and a variety of different support spaces.
