Outlook Environmental operates the Yeppoon, Emu Park, The Caves, Marlborough, Cawarral and Byfield resource recovery centres and the Yeppoon reuse market behalf of Livingstone Shire Council.
Customers can drop off goods for appropriate disposal or recycling through the facility. Outlook Environmental recycles many of the items or components dropped at the resource recovery centres (fees apply), including e-waste, metals, and plastics. Items chosen for resale through the Yeppoon reuse market including cardboard, comingled waste and metal are exempt from waste management fees.

Council now has EFTPOS facilities at Emu Park Transfer Station, The Caves Transfer Station and Yeppoon Landfill; all other waste disposal facilities accept cash only.
​
EFTPOS is a safe, secure and contactless method of payment. Our friendly Gatehouse Operators will offer you a receipt at the end of the transaction for proof of your payment and for your financial account reconciliation. You can still pay with cash if this is your preferred method of payment at these facilities.
