Our quality systems
Outlook operates an integrated Quality Management System, and is Quality Assured under ISO 9001, holds certification in Environmental, ISO14001 and OHS, AS4801, AS5377 E-Waste and is compliant to the State and Commonwealth Disability Standards, the Disability Act 2006 and Victorian Disability Standards.
The objective of the integrated management system is twofold.
To ensure good standards in quality, safety, disability support and environmental performance, by setting clearly defined levels of performance and establishing a system to ensure that we consistently maintain good performance.
To improve by continuously raising this level of operation and then locking in the improvements to ensure we maintain the new level.

Outlook is committed to ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of staff, and those who come in to contact with our organisation.
We focus on providing a workplace that enables all work activities to be carried out safely. Outlook takes all reasonably practicable measures to eliminate or minimise risks to the health, safety and welfare of employees, volunteers, contractors, visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.
Return to work program
Outlook has a comprehensive return to work program. This is part of Outlook’s commitment to an inclusive workforce and the wellbeing of all staff. Our return to work policies and procedures are designed to support employees who return to work after absences due to illness or injury. Our programme is designed to assist staff, regardless of whether they sustained their injury or illness, in or outside of the workplace.
