Information about COVID-19 - Update 29th October 2021 - Victoria

 

Restrictions are easing across Victoria.

Please note that our sites are subject to conditions of entry. These are directives from the Victorian Government:

Outlook Commercial sites (including retail stores): from Sat 30th October 2021

Customer and shoppers are required to:

  • Sign in via a QR code (or, name/phone number)

  • Wear a Face Mask, unless you have a medical exemption

  • Adhere to the directions for controlled density limits as required

Outlook Community Centre re opens on the 3rd November 2021.

Customers and all stakeholders are required to:

  • Be double vaccinated and show Vaccination ID

  • Sign in via a QR code (or, name/phone number)

  • Wear a Face Mask, unless you have a medical exemption 

  • Adhere to the directions for controlled density limits as required
