Outlook Commercial sites (including retail stores): from Sat 30th October 2021

Customer and shoppers are required to:
Sign in via a QR code (or, name/phone number)
Wear a Face Mask, unless you have a medical exemption
Adhere to the directions for controlled density limits as required

Outlook Community Centre re opens on the 3rd November 2021.
