About the Role

This rewarding role will see you working with our customers to deliver high quality, effective services to support them to progress towards achieving the goals contained in their NDIS Plan, within the NDIS framework and budget, with strengths-based, person-centred and self-directed approaches.

The role is community based and involves building community inclusion based on the individual customer’s goals. You will work as part of a remote team, where flexibility, a solution focus and strong communication skills are critical success factors.


About you

We are looking for a person who is passionate about making a difference in the life of someone and helping them to live the life they want. You enjoy a challenge and embrace new experiences and opportunities to grow.

You're calm and resilient, an independent, proactive thinker but follow procedure as required and direction from your manager, when given. You will provide excellent support to individuals to achieve their goals relating to independence, daily living, community inclusion and participation, general skill development, training and employment


Additional Information

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend

Experience:

  • Disability support: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence:

  • Driver's Licence (Prefererred)

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)

  • Current Working with Children’s Check (Required)
