Finance Manager

  • Salary range circa $120,000 + Superannuation + Not-for-Proft salary packaging options – use some of your salary for everyday expenses before income tax (increasing your take-home pay!)

  • Full-time, permanent position

Why this role?

This is an exciting opportunity that provides for involvement in a broad range of diverse projects that will lean on your ability to engage and manage a direct team as well as your ability to business partner with various stakeholders across the Organisation. 

 

The core responsibilities of this role centre around the management of Outlooks financial reporting and day-to-day requirements including end of month reporting, finance pack production, bank and auditor liaison, general ledger management, funding acquittals and overseeing day-to-day financial operations.  In addition this roll will allow the right person to get involved in a range of other projects such as M&A analysis, due diligence, business case development, systems implementation, business planning, internal audit, advisory and financial analysis - allowing you to work at an elevated level as well as ‘in the detail.’

 

We are looking for someone who is a critical thinker and able to provide insight, along with financial and analytical vigour, strong organisation skills and commercial acumen to support the organisation through our next stages of growth and development.

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Corporate & Strategy Officer you will lead Outlook’s Finance Operations, which includes the Accounts and Payroll teams, along with working closely with the Executive and broader Leadership Teams with plenty of room for professional growth.

 

What you will bring to the role:

Your CA/CPA qualification with strong experience in financial management in a complex organisation, along with:

  • Collaborative style of leadership and ability to provide mentorship to non-financial peers;

  • Enthusiastic attitude as to how you will contribute to Outlook’s Purpose and success;

  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
